OBJECTIVES & BYLAWS

This association shall serve as:


a) A centre for promoting social, educational, recreational, physical, and moral betterment for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing;


b) A source of information about talents, abilities and culture of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing people;


c) A coordinating group for the educational purposes of providing community programs/services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing;


d) A protector of rights of the same for the Deaf and Hard of hearing;


e) A coordinating agent for the purposes of setting up physical facilities to meet the needs of the Deaf, and Hard of Hearing and;


f) A resource and consulting centre for technical aids that assist with the daily living of Deaf and Hard of Hearing people.
