Members have the entire day to explore the Midway and Fort Edmonton Park at their own pace. Please plan to bring your own bagged lunch or purchase food on-site, as the banquet dinner will not begin until 6:00 PM.

Note: Fort Edmonton Park is currently closed for the season and will reopen in May 2026, but information about attractions is available online so you can plan ahead.

The 75th Anniversary Committee will select a presenter and topic that highlight our community’s history, achievements, and future vision. This interactive session will give members a chance to learn, share, and engage in meaningful dialogue. Details will be announced once the presenter is confirmed and finalized.
Take time to relax and connect with fellow members, or continue exploring Fort Edmonton Park. This is a casual break in the day to enjoy the space, catch up with friends, and recharge before the evening events. Coffee, tea and juice will be served.
If you prefer, this is also a good time to head home and change into more formal wear for the evening. The Blatchford Hangar has washrooms available for changing into your evening attire or freshening up if you prefer stay on site.

Unwind before the evening program with a relaxed social gathering. Enjoy craft beer selections from Polyrhythm Brewing, along with a variety of light refreshments. This is a chance to mingle, catch up with old friends, and meet new people before sitting down for the banquet.
A semi-formal dinner event (attire: black, white, and gold, no jeans) featuring a keynote presentation, kept to 30 minutes so there’s plenty of time to enjoy the evening.
Menu details will be shared once the 75th Anniversary Committee makes its final decisions.

We will draw the 50/50 raffle and announce prize winners.
