Ticket PICK-UP

Registered participants may pick up their admission tickets at the EAD Community Centre at 11404-142 Street.

When:

• Thursday, June 25, from 6 PM TO 9 PM
• Thursday, June 26, from 6 PM to 9 PM
• Tuesday, June 30, from 12 PM to 4 PM

If you cannot attend during these times, please contact Crystal Jones at eadinfo51@gmail.com to arrange an alternate pick-up time. 

Tickets may also be picked up from an EAD representative at one of the designated K-Days meeting locations listed below.

To help participants connect with the group and receive their admission tickets, EAD representatives will be available at designated meet-up locations throughout the day. Participants who are picking up tickets at K-Days should arrive promptly at their selected meeting time and location.

10:00 AM – Front Gate Entrance
Start your K-Days adventure with the EAD community. Meet an EAD representative at the main entrance to receive your admission ticket before entering the grounds. This is the best option for participants who plan to spend the entire day at K-Days.

1:00 PM – Expo Food Court
If you are arriving later in the day, meet an EAD representative at the Expo Food Court to pick up your admission ticket and connect with other EAD members enjoying the event.

5:30 PM – Ferris Wheel
Participants attending later in the afternoon or evening can meet an EAD representative near the Ferris Wheel to receive their admission ticket before exploring the midway, entertainment, and evening attractions.

Important Information

• Please arrive on time for your selected meet-up.
• Look for an EAD representative holding EAD signage.
• If you are unable to attend one of the scheduled meet-up times, arrangements must be made in advance with Crystal Jones.
• Free admission tickets are available only to registered participants while supplies last.
• Admission is covered by EAD. Participants are responsible for all other costs, including rides, games, food, beverages, parking, and souvenirs.

There are many convenient ways to get to K-Days at the Edmonton EXPO Centre (7515 118 Avenue NW).

Public Transit (Highly Recommended)
The easiest option is to take the Capital Line LRT to Coliseum Station, which connects directly to the K-Days grounds. Several ETS bus routes also serve the area, including Routes 5, 8, 53, 101, 102, 104, and 123.

Park & Ride
ETS offers free Park & Ride locations across Edmonton, allowing visitors to park and take transit directly to K-Days. Popular locations include Belvedere, Clareview, Davies, Eaux Claires, Lewis Farms, and Stadium stations.

Driving
On-site parking is available at the Edmonton EXPO Centre for $20 per vehicle per day. Additional parking may be available nearby, including at Concordia University, which offers parking for $15 per day.

Taxi and Ride Share
Taxis and ride share services can drop off and pick up guests near the entrance gates. Yellow Cab is the official taxi provider for K-Days.

Cycling and E-Scooters
Bike racks are available at both main gates for those who prefer to cycle. E-scooters are permitted outside the grounds and can be parked at designated locations near Gate 2.

Use Google Maps, the ETS Trip Planner, or transit apps to find the best route from your location. Allow extra travel time, especially during peak hours.

EAD participants are encouraged to choose the transportation option that best suits their needs and comfort level. Public transit is often the fastest and most convenient way to reach the event.

Some featured attractions taking place throughout the day include:  

• First LEGO League Team Parade (11:00 AM – 11:30 AM)
• Alberta Strongman Competition (11:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• SuperDogs: Fairy Tails Show (3:00 PM – 3:45 PM)
• Live entertainment stages
• Cultural exhibits and displays
• Midway rides and games
• Food vendors and food trucks
• Shopping and marketplace booths
• Grand Finale Fireworks and Drone Show (10:30 PM – 10:45 PM)

The free tickets provided by EAD cover general admission to K-Days only.

Participants and families are responsible for any additional costs, including:

• Midway rides and ride passes
• Games and attractions
• Food and beverages
• Souvenirs and merchandise
• Parking fees
• Public transit or transportation costs

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the event.
